中银证券：董事长宁敏辞任，执行总裁周冰代为履职
6月23日，中银国际证券股份有限公司（证券简称：中银证券）公告，董事会近日收到董事长宁敏递交的辞呈。宁敏因工作调动，申请辞去公司第二届董事会董事长、董事、战略与发展委员会主任委员、风险控制委员会委员职务，辞任后将不在公司担任任何职务。
据介绍，宁敏于2014年12月29日加入中银证券担任执行总裁，于2020年10月任党委书记、执行总裁，2022年4月起任中银证券党委书记、董事长至今。
中银证券公告披露，经全体董事推举，由公司董事、执行总裁周冰代为履行董事长、董事会战略与发展委员会主任委员以及法定代表人职责。
