Our PRC legal counsel, has advised us that, as of the date of this prospectus, based on its understanding of the current PRC laws, regulations and rules, we have received all requisite permissions and approvals from the PRC government authorities that are material for our business operations currently conducted in China. Neither have we received any denial of permissions for our business operations currently conducted in China.
